This guy works in the Adult Industry, but he has become on of my closest pals in the last year, He wrote this message today and I hope he doesn’t mind if i share, nothing more to say expect… WHAT A GUY! I love you Mario. Use this wisdom, I have:
Dear Allan,
I read your blog today, I couldn’t play media tough, and I want to send you all my best wishes that you’ll manage your currently turbulent life. From all what I know it hasn’t been a nice year for you and I can so feel with you as also for me it was the most difficult and sad year I’ve been through since ever, despite the fact that in the end now it turned out well for me.
But it makes me sad that a friend of mine, a really nice and open-hearted guy like you, gets hit so hard by reality. And reality sometimes can be a cold-blooded bitch with a nine inch strapon! So far I know now, after these times. However, I want to reassure you to get on dealing with your issues because that’s what I’ve learned (I also went to a therapist), that you have to break the cycle if you want to change something. It’s not easy and one might make mistakes but stick to it, the first step in dealing with any problem is to face it without pretention. And secondly don’t be too hard to yourself, I know you’re a good guy! Sometimes one simply can’t steer the boot, wherever it is going.
Sure, you also might upset people by dealing with your issues in a public manner like your blog, but if that is what you feel can bring you forward then just do it.
I think of you and wish you the best, and it bothers me that I can’t help you in a better way, but I want to let you know I’m there for you and you can count on me if you need a talk, anytime.
I wish you a Merry Christmas, my friend! … and a much happier new year in 2012!
Mario
